I have heard it said that the fountain of youth is in the acai diet. I am not going to go as far as to say that, but I will agree that there is some pretty awesome stuff i the acai berries. I have done some testing over the past year on my overall health. And I can tell you that it dramatically increased my energy levels, as well as helped me lose unwanted body fat that I have been holding onto for years.
