Many people are asking if Acai Berry Tea is good for you since the Acai berry has hit our television screens as the next big thing. Well, Acai berry tea is good for you to an extent but as with all things that are heavily processed; the health benefits have been severely reduced. The best way to enjoy Acai berry and get the most out of its health benefits is to consume only 100% pure Acai berry juice with no additives or preservatives. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a hot drink of Acai berry juice though.
Do you remember drinking hot drinks of lemon, black current and orange when you were ill as a child? Many of these drinks were only concocted only from cordial and hot water.
